An toàn giao thông - dán phản quang cho xe đạp, xe máy cũ

 Xe đạp, xe máy cũ lưu thông ban đêm rất nguy hiểm cho các phương tiện khác do kém quan sát.
Dán decan VD của 3M cũng ko đắt, tuy nhiên cần làm sao cho mn hiểu và tiến hành. Có thể nhờ bên CSGT dừng xe hoặc thông báo việc hỗ trợ dán miễn phí, ai bận thì báo họ tự đi đến điểm dán hoặc lần sau.

Phản quang tại nhiều đường, mốc, lan can, dải phân cách, mố cầu... 

Phản quang ở mặt đường những nơi tối, sương mù dày đặc như đoạn đêo đá trắng hay đoạn đèo gần Vân Hồ. Sương đặc tới mức ban ngày cũng chỉ nhìn được vài m. Ban đêm mình có lần đi bị bất ngờ và tưởng m đang đeo kính bảo hộ hay mắt bị vđ. Trời tối càng nguy hiểm nếu không có ô tô nào soi đường trước, như kiểu đi từng m một.

Notes on Vietnam online Education

I feel that education in Vietnam really suck, at every aspects. This is not new but I want to address some detail problems and And trying to "help" or "solve" it. I am thinking about some J. Krishnamurti teaching on "The right kind of Education". And I fear that the biggest obstacle is something that I can not say about.
