Independent health insurance service may be helpful. We need many more investigation about this idea because of it require huge amount of investment and long term support. And it have many related factor such as income, the percent of insurance payment, hospital and medical quality... But after all, the underlying is provide better health service for people. Prevent diseases always much cheaper than treatment. For example, if you correct your teeth at ideal age (ab teenage), it much cheaper and easier and better than later. Overused household chemical . My brother work for a global company that produce whole number of household chemical product like washing, kitchen cleaner... And I have a lot of these chemical that company give employer. But I always use a smaller amount of chemical than recommend...
